High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,667

Kawhi Leonard (at PHI – $10,500): Needs 41.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 48.6 fantasy points against Philadelphia. It’s Kawhi and you know what you’re getting out of Kawhi. He’s been the best player in this series and he’s arguably the best player in this year’s playoffs. His salary his high but don’t pay too much attention to that. He will continue to get it done for the Raptors. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Tobias Harris (vs TOR – $7,600): Needs 30.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.2 fantasy points against Toronto. You sort of know what you’re getting out of Harris at this point. He’s a reliable option who won’t hurt you at this salary but you shouldn’t expect a big outing simply because it doesn’t look like it’s there right now. He’s still a steady option. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a decent ceiling.

High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Will Barton (at POR – $4,600): Needs 18.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 16.6 fantasy points against Portland. Barton has been trending down but he’s still getting minutes and he’s playing with confidence, which could be good or bad because that’s the Thrill experience. But at this salary, he’s worth having on your team because he can deliver in a big way. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Rodney Hood (vs DEN – $4,400): Needs 17.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.3 fantasy points against Denver. Hood has been consistent in this series and I expect more of the same out of him in this game. Maybe you think Redick will get hot, Ennis III has been consistent until last game, and Harkless does have a high ceiling if you’re looking below Hood. But Hood has been the most consistent option and he has a good ceiling. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
