1. Seattle Seahawks

The best fit for Kyle Rudolph is clearly the Seattle Seahawks, who are both a win-now team and one in desperate need of offensive playmakers. After inking Russell Wilson to a long term contract earlier this offseason, the Seahawks began to focus on adding weapons for their franchise quarterback.

Drafting D.K. Metcalf in the second round could prove to be a steal, but Seattle just released Doug Baldwin with a neck injury. Tyler Lockett is currently the team’s top pass catcher, and the Seahawks’ options at tight end appear woefully inadequate.

After letting Jimmy Graham leave in free agency a year ago, Seattle used the trio of Ed Dickson, Will Dissly and Nick Vannett at tight end. That group offered little production in the passing game, forcing Wilson to improvise quite frequently to buy time for his receivers to get open.

Rudolph would give Wilson a second dependable pass catcher besides Lockett and open up the middle of the field for the Seahawks. Seattle needs to make up ground on the Rams in the NFC West, and their current collection of skill position players won’t scare anybody.

Rudolph could definitely change that, and it is worth it for Seattle to try and pry him away from Minnesota.
