Here’s what you need to watch on the May 13, 2019 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw live and online.

With WWE Money In The Bank just over a week away, we head across the pond for a packed night of Monday night action. And there is a lot to address this week on Raw. Let’s take a look at what we can expect just eight days away from next Sunday’s big event.

Becky Lynch has a busy night scheduled at Money In The Bank. She is currently set to defend both the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships on the same night. On the Raw side of things, she will defend against recent NXT call-up Lacey Evans. For the last several weeks, Evans has been a constant thorn in the side of “Becky Two Belts” and has taken the opportunity to attack her at every chance. On May 19, she’ll have a chance to take one of the prestigious belts that the champion currently holds.

On the other hand, Lynch will also have to defend the SmackDown women’s title against Charlotte Flair. It seems over the last year that Lynch just cannot shake the presence of the resident Queen of WWE. Every time Lynch thinks she has finally closed the book on her rivalry with Flair, there is always a loophole that Flair finds to get back into the title picture. What will Lynch have to do to finally move past her and start looking ahead to new competition?

Before we can answer any of those questions, there is a contract signing to get to first. This Monday night, Lynch will put ink to paper for both title matches and you can bet all three will have plenty to say ahead of their respective bouts for the gold. Just don’t expect a clean-cut signing, with all the hostility between the trio.

Last week, Roman Reigns made good on his promise to crash the Raw party. It prompted Vince McMahon to invoke what he calls the “Wild Card Rule,” where three Raw superstars and three SmackDown Live Superstars could be chosen at random each week to appear on the other show. This week, Reigns will cash in that rule to be a special guest on “MizTV.” He will no doubt have plenty to speak his mind about. The Big Dog will look to take a bite out of the musical nuisance known as Elias at Money In The Bank. Both men will need to be alert, as Elias and Shane McMahon may be lurking in the shadows this week as well.

NXT standout Ricochet has gotten quite the opportunity to prove himself, since his tag partner Aleister Black was shipped to SmackDown Live in the Superstar Shake-Up. This week, he’ll look to snatch a victory from former Raw general manager Baron Corbin in singles action. Can he use his high-flying attack to take down the pompous Corbin, or will The Lone Wolf steal another win from one of WWE’s brightest new stars?

Personal opinion says this “Wild Card Rule” idea may just be a way of slowly putting the nail in the brand extension’s coffin — finally.  It was a great idea when it first debuted back in the early 2000s, but having the two main shows as separate entities has run its course.  We’ll see how this plays out over the next few weeks, but look for a lot of talent to jump back and forth.
