NBA Playoffs 2019: Milwaukee Bucks vs. Toronto Raptors Game 3 live stream: Watch online
By Ian Levy
The Toronto Raptors desperately need a Game 3 to get themselves back into their series with the Milwaukee Bucks. Here’s everything you need to know to watch.
The Raptors have been absolutely worked by the Bucks in the first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals, outscored by a total of 30 points including a cumulative -20 in the fourth quarters. Of course, from Milwaukee’s perspective, this dominance is nothing new. To this point in the playoffs, they’ve outscored opponents by an average of 15.1 points per 100 possessions, nearly 10 points more than the next closest team, the Golden State Warriors.
Kawhi Leonard has continued to put up huge point totals for the Raptors but Milwaukee’s defense has made it much tougher on him, holding Leonard to 45.5 percent from the field and 22.2 percent on 3-pointers. Other than Kyle Lowry’s strong Game 1, he hasn’t had much help though. Pascal Siakam is shooting under 40 percent for the series and Marc Gasol and Danny Green have combined to make just 5-of-17 3-pointers. For Toronto to pick up their first win of the series, they’ll need their defense to do a better job holding down Milwaukee’s supporting cast and they’ll need their own role players to finally step up and start knocking down shots.
For Milwaukee, everything appears to be working, with their depth suffocating Toronto and picking things up for anyone having a tough shooting night. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
