The Trail Blazers will be looking to avoid elimination and a series sweep at the hands of the Warriors. Here’s everything you need to know to watch.

The Trail Blazers have had stretches and quarters where they’ve really pushed the Warriors, building meaningful runs and forcing adjustments. Unfortunately, they have been able to string enough of them together to get a win. In Game 3, they led by 13 at the end of the first half but managed just 33 points in the second and lost by 11 points. Now they’re facing the prospect of being swept out of the playoffs on their home court in Game 4.

The Warriors were heavy favorites coming into this series but playing without Kevin Durant seems to have summoned some extra aggressiveness and energy for them, determined to keep Portland from even getting a toe hold. Draymond Green, in particular, has been spectacular for Golden State, averaging 16 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steals and 3 blocks per game in the series. He was absolutely dominant in Game 3, leading the charge for the Warriors in the second half and, to this point, Portland just has no answer for his suffocating defense or his pristine decision-making in the halfcourt.

The Blazers put Meyers Leonard into the starting lineup, a move that seemed to work thanks to his shooting range and athleticism in the pick-and-roll. However, Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum have struggled to score efficiently and Portland just hasn’t been able to keep their offense running smoothly.
