3. Romeo Langford, Guard, Indiana

If Romeo Langford had consistently made 3-pointers this season, he might be talked about as a top-5 pick. Instead, he hit just 27.2 percent of his 125 attempts and finds himself ranked towards the end of the lottery. After one season at Indiana, Langford has established himself as a capable slasher and transition finisher with some potential as a secondary-creator. However, that shaky jumper and extremely shaky defense raise a lot of questions about his ceiling.

Langford the size, strength and athleticism to be a capable defender and was actually billed as a 3-and-D prospect before the college season began. However, he struggled with almost every functional application of his skills — awareness, footwork, angles, paying attention off the ball and, most importantly, effort.
