2. Jontay Porter, Big, Missouri

After two major knee injuries in less than two years, the biggest question mark for Jontay Porter is health. However, the good news is that his value was never really predicated on his athleticism (which was always average at best) and his size and high skill level should allow him to make an impact as long as he can actually get on the court without pain.

Porter may not make a ton of sense for Detroit at first glance, given how much their team is already enmeshed with Drummond and Griffin and how limited the available minutes are in the frontcourt. However, Porter would be ideal as a third big, capable of playing with either and allowing Detroit to stagger their minutes a bit more. Porter is a fantastic passer who can make reads from the elbow and has a reliable 3-point shot which will help spread the floor. As a 6-foot-11 big with great awareness and instincts, he can be a plus defender, even without above-average quickness and leaping ability. If the Pistons get enough health information to feel confident about his recovery, Porter could be an extremely high-value pick outside the lottery.
