Fred VanVleet (vs GS – $8,500): Needs 32.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 17 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Despite his great showing against the Bucks, VanVleet is a risk. He wasn’t good for the majority of the season and catching fire for a couple of games doesn’t change that. He’s playing with confidence and he’ll continue to get the minutes to prove himself. But proceed with caution. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
Andre Iguodala (at TOR – $9,000): Needs 34.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 14 fantasy points against Portland. All signed point to Iguodala playing but check his status before making any decisions. Iguodala will be used a lot in this series for his defense on Kawhi but he can do a bit of everything on offense. He’s a sneaky PRO pick but should more likely be used as a UTIL player. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
Danny Green (vs GS – $6,500): Needs 25 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 9.9 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Green was unplayable by the end of the Bucks series but this is a new series and he’ll be needed for his defense in this one. Of course, he needs shots to fall if he wants to stay on the floor. He’s a slight risk but he could be in for a big night if things break well. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a decent ceiling.
