After a surprising Game 1 loss to the Raptors, the Warriors will be looking to even up the NBA Finals in Game 2. Here’s everything you need to know to watch.

Led by Pascal Siakam’s 32 points on just 17 shots, the Raptors blitzed the Warriors in Game 1 to seize control of the NBA Finals. It was one of the best games of the postseason for Toronto’s supporting cast, with Danny Green, Marc Gasol and Fred VanVleet combining for 46 points on just 27 shots. It helped them overcome a game where Kawhi Leonard couldn’t do much besides get himself to the free throw line and Kyle Lowry was limited to contributing with passing and defense.

The Raptors defense also did a superb job on Golden State’s offense. They repeatedly ran Stephen Curry off the 3-point line and made him try and score in the paint. Curry took what they gave him, racking up 14 free throw attempts, but it disrupted the team’s rhythm and helped Toronto stave off one of Golden State’s signature third-quarter runs to retake control of the game. The potential return of Kevin Durant still seems like it may not be coming until Game 3 or 4, so the Warriors will need to toy with their defensive rotation and offensive attack to figure out adjustments without him, or risk finding themselves with their backs to the wall by the time he returns.
