What are the Tony Award categories?
The Tony Awards is Broadway’s biggest night. It’s the Oscars of the theater and let’s face it, probably a whole lot better than that stuffy award show. It’s packed full of live performances and celebrity guests, plus the highly-coveted awards.
For those of you who are unsure about what exactly the awards entail, don’t worry, FanSided has you covered. There are 26 categories of awards plus several special honor awards that the Tony Awards Administration Committee hands out throughout the night.
