James Rodriguez is on PSG’s radar and could be a part of a deal with Real Madrid that involves either Kylian Mbappe or Neymar being sold. If James, who returns to Madrid after a loan spell at Bayern Munich, goes elsewhere, then the Ligue 1 champions could look to Christian Eriksen.

PSG’s attack is the envy of most clubs, and it says something that world-class players like Angel Di Maria and Edinson Cavani aren’t even the focal points. Eriksen is at his best as a complementary role player in a high-powered attack, and he could hit a career-high in assists as a pivot man at PSG.

After scrapping with Premier League clubs for most of his career, Eriksen could be headed for a few years of joyful football in Ligue 1 as the wild card in PSG’s video game-like offense. Money wouldn’t be an issue for PSG, who have reportedly shown interest in signing the attacking midfielder this summer.

Eriksen has one year left on his deal, which would force Tottenham to cash in on the player if he is indeed interested in leaving. PSG could potentially give Tottenham the sweetest deal of any club, especially if they view Eriksen as a preferable option to, say, Julian Draxler, who is more of a dribbler than a pure passer like Eriksen.
