NBA Finals 2019: Toronto Raptors vs. Golden State Warriors Game 3 live stream: Watch online
By Ian Levy
The Warriors stole a win in Game 2 and now hold an advantage over the Raptors as the NBA Finals shift to California for Game 3. Here’s how to watch.
The Warriors used a patented 18-0 third-quarter run to steal momentum from the Raptors and pick up a Game 2 win, evening the NBA Finals. It was a frustrating turn for Toronto who had won Game 1 at home and held their own through most of Game 2 despite ongoing shooting struggles from Kyle Lowry and Marc Gasol. Still, the Raptors have proven they can hang with the Warriors and given, their relative health, they have to feel confident about their ability to pick up a win on the road.
The Warriors are a triage unit at this point. Kevin Durant is still out. Andre Iguodala and Stephen Curry both had to return to the locker room during the first half of Game 2 because of various ailments, although both would return. Kevon Looney took a hard fall and fractured a joint on his collarbone which will keep him out for the rest of the series and Klay Thompson is questionable for Game 3 after tweaking his hamstring.
All that will put even more pressure on Stephen Curry and Draymond Green to perform. In addition, the Warriors will need solid minutes from DeMarcus Cousins who is only two games removed from returning from a quad injury that kept him out for the second and third rounds of the playoffs. It’s a crucial game and the variables are all over the map.
