The NCAA has revealed the matchups for the highly anticipated Big Ten-ACC Challenge in 2019, headlined by a March Madness rematch between Duke and Michigan State.

The non-conference part of the college basketball season is always fun, and that comes as a result of seeing elite teams in power leagues face off to try and build a resume for the NCAA Tournament. The Big Ten and ACC help each other out by staging a challenge every year where their teams face off over a few days to try and claim league supremacy, and those games are often building blocks for tournament success.

The NCAA has officially unveiled the matchups for the 2019 edition of the Big Ten-ACC challenge, and there are a lot of marquee games to look forward to. The headliner is a showdown between Duke and Michigan State in East Lansing on Dec. 3, a rematch of the Spartans’ Elite Eight victory in the NCAA Tournament.

That game has a ton of star power, with both teams expected to be in the top 5 of the preseason polls, headlined by Michigan State as the potential no. 1 team. Another elite matchup to keep an eye out for is Ohio State’s trip to North Carolina to face off with Cole Anthony and the Tar Heels, which will take place in Chapel Hill on Dec. 4.

Other games of interest include Juwan Howard’s Michigan squad heading to Louisville, the defending national champions taking a big road trip as Virginia squares off with Purdue, and Wisconsin taking on N.C. State. All 14 of the games in the Big Ten-ACC challenge will be covered by the ESPN family of networks, with tip times and channels set to be announced later in the offseason.

The challenge will officially begin on Dec. 2, with Miami traveling to Illinois and Minnesota hosting Clemson.
