Fantasy Football Question 1- submitted by Matt Waite: Serious question because this is in my big league and last place has to jump in Lake Michigan on January 1st when the temps are freezing. My question is for my keeper league, Todd Gurley or Patrick Mahomes?

Answer: Great question Matt! We will make sure we get this question right so you don’t have to freeze to death, jumping in Lake Michigan. In my opinion, the easy answer here is Todd Gurley for multiple reasons. 1st off, in a 12-man league, you’re going to want an RB1 and whether people believe it or not, Gurley will be a top-12 running back this year. Truth be told, I’m not as worried about Darrell Henderson as everyone else is.

Now I know it’s tempting to keep Mahomes because he is the best fantasy QB in the league, but 2019 is filled with fantasy quarterbacks. With that being said, it’s going to be way easier finding a QB replacement than an RB1 replacement. It’s worth mentioning that Mahomes might regress a tad due to speedster Tyreek Hill on the verge of suspension. We also have to consider that your league will also choose to keep an RB, which means the draft depth will be even more shallow than a regular draft! Overall, keep the RB and grab one of the available QB’s in your draft!
