After a successful title defense at WWE Extreme Rules what’s next for Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak on 205 Live?

Drew Gulak is still walking into 205 Live as the reigning Cruiserweight Champion after defeating Tony Nese at WWE Extreme Rules in an epic bout. Now the question of “who’s next?” presents itself. Does Nese earn another rematch or is someone else going to be the next in line to go after the title? Look for the future of the Cruiserweight Championship to be a main focus on this week’s episode of 205 Live.

Maybe Orney Lorcan will be the guy to step up to Gulak. Last week saw Lorcan dispatch Ariya Daivari in an anything goes match, seemingly putting an end to their ongoing feud. But Lorcan may have his sights set on a different opponent. Earlier this week he put out a tweet with the top five people he’d like to face. Some interesting names showed up including Paul Heyman, Eric Bischoff and Vince McMahon.

The Singh Brothers continued to cause havoc on 205 Live, this time setting their sights on Brian Kendrick. Earlier in the evening, The Singh Brothers mockingly presented The Brian Kendrick with a Bollywood Lifetime Achievement Award for his illustrious career.

The former Cruiserweight Champion wasn’t in the mood for the Singh’s antics and this erupted into a match between Kendrick and Samir Singh with Kendrick coming out victorious. The end of the match saw The Singh Brothers attacking Kendrick with Akira Tozawa making the save. A tag match is likely on the horizon between these four men.

Other superstars to look out for this week include Jack Gallagher, Mike Kanelis and general manager Drake Maverick. Is this the night R-Truth shows up to recapture the 24/7 title? Or maybe one of the other superstars will be vying for his title.

Tune in Tuesday at 10:00 p.m. ET/9:00 CT on the WWE Network to watch 205 Live.
