When is the Comic-Con 2019 Supergirl panel time? Find out when the SDCC 2019 Supergirl panel starts and what to expect at San Diego Comic-Con.
When does the Comic-Con 2019 Supergirl panel start? The CW is bringing the series back to the pop culture convention this weekend, and some details about the SDCC 2019 Supergirl panel are now available.
The series has found a comfortable home at The CW after originally debuting on CBS, and is now preparing to start its fifth season. As part of the promotion for season 5, Warner Bros. has lined up yet another panel where fans can engage with the cast and crew.
The Comic-Con 2019 Supergirl panel time is scheduled for Saturday, July 20 at 4:15 p.m., with the panel taking place in Ballroom 20, which is the convention’s second largest ballroom. The event is part of a massive block of DC superhero programs, and immediately follows the Arrow panel, so if you’re planning on going expect to line up early to get a seat!
Who and what can fans expect to see there? Well, the official SDCC schedule isn’t telling which cast members and producers will participate in the panel. Fans can safely assume that it includes Melissa Benoist, though, because there wouldn’t be much of a get-together without the show’s star! Other actors, plus producers, will be there to answer viewer questions.
Warner Bros. is also trumpeting a “special video presentation,” which is convention slang for not an episode, but some other kind of video. Usually, it’s either a clip reel or a trailer of some kind, in this case for Supergirl season 5. This will be fans’ first chance to see something from the season, which doesn’t start until Oct. 6. What new friends and foes will Kara meet? You’ll have to attend to find out!
