The MAC isn’t well known for its innovative uniform designs. As one of the most stable conferences in all of college football, the MAC features a lot of teams that either skew traditional or sometimes garish. Toledo, however, rises above the pack with one of the sleekest looks in college football today.

The Rockets feature a logo that translates easily regardless of which school color they feature in that week’s uniform combination. While their recent history has been heavy on a lot of monochrome looks that work perfectly well, they have featured a range of looks over the years that all reinforce their vestiary bona fides.

The school colors of midnight blue and gold pop in every combination the Rockets have donned recently on the gridiron. Nike has played off the midnight blue in recent years, as well as all-white and all-gray number. They are a major departure from the fashions on offer from Under Armour earlier this century, as Toledo has deemphasized the yellow that was a staple in their previous partnership.

While different, the current iteration of Rockets uniforms continues to keep Toledo among the best-dressed teams at any level of college football. No MAC team can boast quite as stylish a uniform as the Rockets.
