Early DraftKings MLB picks July 24: Just a Minor threat

There are 16 games today, but DraftKings being DraftKings, they didn’t make it an even split even when they could have. The Rays-Red Sox game starts an hour early, so that was thrown into its own showdown. The other seven matinee games make up the early DraftKings MLB tournaments.

Rain: Washington(very slight)

Wind: 12 mph in from right in Houston

Hot/Humid: Phoenix(hot), San Francisco(humid)

This is a very good baseball slate. Only Phoenix has high temperatures. It looks like a very comfortable summer day out there!

Last night was a total disaster. I hit with my Sale/Nola line, but none of the hitters besides Smoak did anything. The Covey/Lambert experiment was as good as expected, but the hitters failed me in that one. I have very few Yankees and no Twins. Going heavy on Kelly and Chris Archer hurt too.

These tips are based mostly on past performance. This is a nice tool for building a lineup, but should not be the only pieces of information you use. We have plenty of writers on here who give you relevant information no matter which site you play on, and we all attack the slate from different angles.
