DraftKings MLB picks July 25: Plutko, the ninth planet
We have a weird slate on DraftKings again, which has become the norm for Thursday’s. There are nine games, but only two are in the early DraftKings MLB tournament. Colorado is starting at 4:05 eastern in Washington, so that was is available in showdown and all day formats only.

The problem is that takes Mad Max off of this entire slate. To me, that’s a bad look. It’s just as feasible to add that to the two game early slate and make people have to choose between Max and deGrom. That seems like a better business model. The main DraftKings MLB slate is a solid one with six games on it. At least we have that going for us.
Rain: NONE
Wind: NONE
Hot/Humid: Boston(humid), Kansas City(humid), Oakland(humid)
This is the first day in a long time without a least a little chance or rain. The temperatures are also unseasonably mild for the end of July. It’s going to be a great night for baseball if you have a chance to take in a game somewhere.
I was more heavy on Corbin that Bieber last night, which cost me some money. Not having much exposure to the Cardinals cost me more. I had a little, but none to DeJong or Yairo Munoz. It was still a solid night since I passed on Thor, but it could have been better. Plenty of exposure to Lopez and Gallen helped the bottom line.
These tips are based mostly on past performance. This is a nice tool for building a lineup, but should not be the only pieces of information you use. We have plenty of writers on here who give you relevant information no matter which site you play on, and we all attack the slate from different angles.
