After a successful Thursday night FanDuel MLB slate, we turn our attention to a big Friday night slate with FanDuel MLB Daily Lineups for July 26th 2019.

Hopefully you found a way to Jose Berrios along with the Angels and Orioles stack for the Main FanDuel MLB slate on Thursday. Berrios piled up eight K’s over seven innings, earning the quality start while giving up only two runs. Jose also obtained the win, for a total of 49 points.

It was difficult to find cheaper options, but guys like Austin Nola ($2,400) were worth the nine points, a single and a double, considering how much salary they gave us back for bigger plays like Mike Trout ($5,000), who piled up over 31 FanDuel MLB points with two doubles, two runs, and two RBI’s, along with a single and walk.

Jonathan Villar ($3,100) was not only one of the best offensive O’s options, smashing a home run while also piling up three stolen bases for 49.6 FanDuel MLB points, but he was also a fairly big value play, generating well over Trout’s points for almost half the price.

We didn’t write up Nelson Cruz ($3,900), but I wish we played him. The slugger smashed three home runs last night, pulling a Robinson Cano against the White Sox with a fairly low ownership. If you had Cruz in your lineup, his 63.1 FanDuel MLB points likely helped you cash easily.

Still, we were able to cash in all formats with our lineup options last night. Hopefully we can do the same on Friday night. The tricky part about Friday, is that you have a plethora of solid pitching plays. That could be good for ownership, but if you really want to differentiate your lineup, you’ll need to get creative. I think I have a way.

We’ll get there, but before we do, keep in mind this is an informative post. Don’t use these example lineups as the only best option you have tonight. I’m highlighting the best plays we see for this slate, and it’s up to you to piece together the best final optimal MLB DFS lineup.

Also, make sure you follow final lineup thoughts throughout the day on our twitter accounts @FanSidedFantasy or me @MattyMcMatt17 for late breaking lineup news and other MLB DFS perspectives.

Weather Note: It’s summer, so there’s a rain or thunderstorm risk almost every day in most of the eastern part of the U.S. However, the weather, again, looks very good for baseball on Friday night. The lone exception is the Diamondbacks and Marlins, in Miami. Fortunately, the retractable roof should eliminate any possible thunderstorm concerns.

So, for the most part, you should be able to enjoy your MLB DFS Friday night with minimal delay issues. With weather-related considerations addressed, let’s get to the top pitching options…
