Fantasy Football ADP: Players being drafted too early or too late
Antonio Brown
This one is so hard for me. I have loved this guy his entire career being a Steelers fan. He even turned and smiled at me when I told him to “bust a move” (he was coming off dancing with the stars show) at training camp. He is going to a new team with a much weaker QB but he is still being drafted in the second round in redraft leagues? He might be fine but Derek Carr really looked TURRIBLE last year! He could bounce back but that is too much risk for me. I don’t think he can produce as he did with the Steelers for the Raiders. The talent is there but no thanks. I would rather draft Mike Evans or TY Hilton.
Marlon Mack
I don’t understand the love for Mack. He had a few great games last year but to take him in the 3rd is not a good idea. He is going around players like Aaron Jones and Leonard Fournette. He had four games of over 100 yards and NO MORE than 3 receptions in a single game all year! His ADP is too high!!
Sammy Watkins
This is by far the worst of the bunch. Dude has not had over 593 yards the past three seasons. He also misses a lot of time, in that time frame he has played 8, 15 and 10 games last season. I don’t want to take him in the 6th round over players like Alshon Jefferey, Tyler Boyd or Mike Williams. Please, you take him and leave these 3 for me.
Christian Kirk
The seventh-round for a player that is on a team with a new QB, 2 new rookies WRs and Larry Fitzgerald! I would like this better for Dynasty but for redraft leagues, there are too many mouths to feed. He is going almost a round or two before Marvin Jones, Corey Davis, and N’Keal Harry.
Marvin Jones
He was hurt last year but I assume that this low ADP is because of the QB? I don’t get it because in 2017 he was a top 12 WR with Golden Tate AND Kenny Golladay. In 2019, Tate is gone and Kenny Golladay is the only other WR to worry about. They drafted TJ Hockenson but Jones should return to top 12 or top 15 amongst WRs.
