Main DraftKings MLB picks August 7: Is E-Rod a fraud?

I know you hate clicking through all of the early slides to get to the main DraftKings MLB slate picks, so I will split them out for tonight. DraftKings was nice enough to include the Seattle game in the main DraftKings MLB tournaments, so we have five games for the evening slate.

I’m very disappointed that DraftKings didn’t add the Rangers-Indians second game to this DraftKings MLB slate. Lynn and Clevinger are now left completely off the slate! If they change this by tonight, I’m all over Lynn and less excited about the price on Clevinger.

Rain: Baltimore(high), Pittsburgh(moderate), Boston(slight)

Wind: 12 mph out to left in Boston

Hot/Humid: Baltimore(very humid), Pittsburgh(very humid), Boston(very humid), Phoenix(hot)

The northeast is very humid, but not hot. However, all of those games carry at least some threat of rain. Boston should play. Pittsburgh may have to deal with a delay. The real problem spot is Baltimore. If they wait long enough they can get the game in, but being as it’s an interdivisional game, I think they play this at a later date. Stay tuned!

ney, but the postponement in Cleveland ruined a couple of lineups. A failed Dodgers stack terminated another. My best line had Piscotty andĀ  a hybrid Reds/Astros stack.

These tips are based mostly on past performance. This is a nice tool for building a lineup, but should not be the only pieces of information you use. We have plenty of writers on here who give you relevant information no matter which site you play on, and we all attack the slate from different angles.

Thunder Dan uses advanced metrics. Lumberjack uses a lot of pitch data. Tulloch uses a lot of leverage plays. Joe Metz and Juan Bond give you all the value plays. Between all of us, you can build a beast of a lineup on any site!
