Riott Squad Reunites in a 4 Corners Tag Match

The Superstar Shake-Up saw the Riott Squad get split apart as Liv Morgan got moved to SmackDown Live, Sarah Logan was moved to Main Event, and Ruby Riott had to undergo surgery on both shoulders. This split was a bad move that made even less sense considering the women’s tag team championships recently returned.

To have a thriving women’s tag team division and make the titles relevant you need actual tag teams to fight for the belts. Why split up a unit who has been together since their debut, especially when the three of them have done next to nothing since the split? Granted, Ruby is still on the shelf healing but Evolution 2 would be a great time to bring Logan and Morgan back together as a cohesive tag team.

Evolution 2 is also a chance to hit the reset button on the women’s tag scene. In this dream scenario Riott Squad would be the secret fourth tag team in a match that also includes the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane); Fire and Desire (Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville); and the current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions (as of this writing Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross). Put the titles on the line and give these teams a chance to really shine.
