WWE’s 24/7 Championship has changed hands so many times, so let’s take a look at who has held it and who holds it now.

Mick Foley announced the introduction of the WWE 24/7 title during the May 20, 2019 episode of Monday Night Raw. Since then, the belt has changed hands 36 times. It’s been less than three months since the title was brought in, but there’s already a lot of history being made.

The way the 24/7 Championship works is that it can be defended anywhere, anytime, as long as there’s a WWE official to make the count. We’ve seen the title change hands backstage, in parking lots, at a wedding and at an OB/GYN office. We’ve seen it held by current Superstars, both men and women, Hall of Famers, legends and a pregnant woman. It’s caused marital problems, brought stars together and ripped them apart. Above all, it’s been a source of entertainment for the WWE Universe since its inception in May.

So, who has held the title so far? Here’s a list of all 36 times it has changed hands:

  1. Titus O’Neil
  2. Robert Roode
  3. R-Truth
  4. Elias
  5. R-Truth
  6. Jinder Mahal

  34. The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, co-champions)

WWE Hall of Famer Pat Patterson, 78, is the oldest Superstar to hold the title. Kelly Kelly was the first female to hold the title, while Maria Kanellis is the first ever pregnant WWE Champion, and R-Truth has held the title the most times (12).

The 24/7 Championship is the only belt that can be held by any Superstar on any brand, past or present, young or old, male or female. It can change hands at any time and any place a WWE official is present.

The major titles are still the standard, but the 24/7 Title is by far the most entertaining to watch. It’s sure to change hands a multitude more times, and it will be interesting to see how hard R-Truth works to get it back and keep it.
