Liverpool face Chelsea at the Vodafone Park on Wednesday, Aug. 14. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

A victory here for Liverpool will see them move level with Real Madrid on four UEFA Super Cup titles, behind only Barcelona and AC Milan, who both have five to their name. Chelsea, meanwhile, will be looking to add to their solitary Super Cup victory, which came back in 1998.

The two sides experienced very different fortunes at the weekend. Although Chelsea lost 4-0 away at Manchester United on Sunday, the scoreline flattered their opponents somewhat. Frank Lampard’s team struck the woodwork twice in the first-half, and the game was fairly even until past the hour mark.

In contrast, Liverpool were already 4-0 up by half-time against Norwich. That victory was overshadowed a little by Alisson’s first-half departure due to injury, however, and there’s been huge relief that he’s likely only to be out for weeks rather than months. Adrian will deputize here.
