Fantasy football wide receiver tiers 2019
Wide Receiver – Tier Five
Dan
Marquez Valdes-Scantling – Hard to say who is really going to be the go to guy for Rodgers in that offense but someone will breakout and exceed value.
Dante Moncrief
Parris Campbell
Emmanuel Sanders – He’s scary coming off of an Achilles injury so quickly but that offense needs him and reports are he’s ready to go.
Joe
Geronimo Allison – Either Allison or MVS will step into the WR2 role for the best quarterback in the league who is finally healthy. This is a discount for the ceiling Allison presents, as he currently has the inside track on the gig.
DeVante Parker – Reports are that Parker has had a phenomenal camp and he was effective when on the field last year. If the new coaching staff realizes how valuable he is and gives him the snaps, he could finally break out for good.
Sterling Shepard – Since he doesn’t need surgery, we could see Shepard return as soon as week 1. With Tate and Coleman out, he could see a massive amount of targets.
DK Metcalf
Thunder Dan
Keke Coutee – Coutee had some of the best target separation of any receiver last year, just needs to get healthy and stay healthy and he should be very productive in this offense.
John Brown – I am taking a shot on Brown a lot in the late rounds. He’s a great air yards guy and has been getting rave reviews in camp.
Donte Moncrief – Looks to be slotting into the second WR role for the Steelers. Either he or Washington (and maybe even both) should have a big year.
Adam
Curtis Samuel – He’s closing on Moore and considering the almost 40 spot gap in current ADP, might just flat out be the better pick even if Moore has the slightly better season.
A.J. Green – The health concerns continue to grow and I just hope we haven’t seen the start of the end for the prolific wideout.
Dede Westbrook – Nick Foles is a big upgrade at the quarterback position and someone has to catch the ball for him. Westbrook is talented and hopefully will be a favored target.
Robby Anderson – Sam Darnold taking the next step would help him immensely, but this from Mike Clay gives me pause –
Jamison Crowder could really tear it up in PPR leagues.
Allen Robinson – Talented receiver who you could argue has been held hostage by the quarterback from day one in the NFL.
Jarvis Landry – It’s a crowded offense but Landry should be reliable, if unspectacular.
DeSean Jackson – He’s going to win 3-4 weeks on his own, but the other weeks are going to be lean in a crowded Eagles offense.
Sammy Watkins – Health is a perpetual concern but attached to Patrick Mahomes and being the least dangerous option to opposing defenses has its benefits.
Donte Moncrief/James Washington – I think Washington has the higher potential of the two players
Michael Gallup – Love taking him late
Geronimo Allison
