Early DraftKings MLB picks August 21: Castillo is too cheap

We have a split slate today for our DraftKings MLB tournaments. The early DraftKings MLB tournament is the small one with three matinee games. Then we get into the main course, a 11 game DraftKings MLB feast for the prime time tournaments. DraftKings did kick out the west coast matinee in Phoenix at 3pm Eastern. That is available in showdown only. This will concentrate on the two early DraftKings MLB slates.

Rain: Cincinnati(very slight early)

Wind: NONE

Hot/Humid: Cincinnati(humid), Phoenix(very hot)

We have good baseball weather this afternoon. It’s going to be a little sticky in Cincy and hot in Phoenix, but that should only help the bats.

My pitching core of Gray/Matz/Hamels/Strasburg/Wacha all did well. My one off lineup and Cubs stack both cashed. The best lineup was over 160 thanks to a Dodgers/Rockies hybrid stack.

These tips are based mostly on past performance. This is a nice tool for building a lineup, but should not be the only pieces of information you use. We have plenty of writers on here who give you relevant information no matter which site you play on, and we all attack the slate from different angles.
