NFL DFS – Quarterbacks
Matt Ryan ATL QB
If you believe the reports, Matt Ryan could potentially be looking at an entire half of action on Thursday night. Of course, Andy Reid has taught us a lesson about the validity of preseason reports. The biggest downside for Ryan will be that he’ll be taking his snaps without Julio Jones on the field. Regardless, that kind of playing time for the former NFL MVP would make him an irresistible NFL DFS asset. Last season, Ryan enjoyed phenomenal success against the Redskins secondary, throwing for 350 yards and 4 touchdowns. Half of those numbers could make him a total slate breaker.

Josh Rosen MIA QB
Thus far in the preseason, Rosen has been unable to make a strong impression on his coaching staff, and all indications are that Miami is leaning towards naming Fitzmagic their Week 1 starter. However, Rosen will be looking to sling the ball around and convince the decision makers that he’s the best man for the job. Rosen’s stats the last couple of weeks have been fairly modest, but a closer look reveals that he’s been the victim of dropped balls and costly penalties. It’s likely that his ownership will be lower than it should be after two weeks of disappointing owners.
