DraftKings MLB picks August 24: The Clevinger of doom
The DraftKings MLB slates are a bit of a mess today. There are two afternoon games, so those are the DraftKings MLB early slate. I will devote one slide to that. The Marlins are starting an hour earlier than the rest of the east coast, so they get relegated to showdown only.

The other 12 games make up the main DraftKings MLB tournament. The pitching is thin at the top thanks to the past few days of strong pitching, but the middle and lower tiers are better. That should help spread out ownership a bit.

Wind: 14 mph in from right in Cleveland, 12 mph in from right in Minneapolis, 12 mph in from left in on the South Side, 12 mph in from right in Wrigley
Hot/Humid: Cleveland(humid), Houston(both), St Louis(humid), San Diego(humid), Oakland(humid)
The roof will likely be closed in Houston. The rest of the league has great baseball weather with a bit of wind. A few hitters will be negatively impacted, but not many.
Last night was more than an off night. It was a total disaster. Velasquez wrecked all the stacks that hit. Ryu was a dud. My deGrom lineup had Velasquez, and I only had Flaherty with Plesac once. I was completely shut out of the money. I hope you guys did better!
