DraftKings Early CFB picks August 31: Scott and Scottie

DraftKings hand picked 10 games for the early DraftKings CFB tournaments on Saturday. Notably absent is the Nebraska-South Alabama game. I also wish they would have included the Washington vs. Eastern Washington tilt. That said, we still have some good games for this DraftKings CFB tournament.

More from DraftKings

Alabama, Ohio State, and Stanford are all on this slate with a few other high powered offenses mixed in. Most notable is Memphis against the Land Shark defense and Toledo against Kentucky.

We will try to give a few options at each position. Due to regulations by DraftKings, I cannot provide a sample lineup, but any lineups I use will be formed from players mentioned in this piece. Once you start building a lineup for yourself, you can see how it all fits together.

I had a good night in the Thursday opener building with Warren and Eno Benjamin. Too much Britain Covey ruined any chance of a great lineup, but taking a chance on Jayden Daniels paid off big time!

The scoring for NCAA football is much the same as it is for the NFL with one notable exception: the super flex! That means aside from the flex position which is RB/WR, you can add another player from any position! Want four running backs? Go right ahead! Five wide receivers? Sure! Two quarterbacks? Of course! Just stay under the salary cap!

The super flex replaces the defense, which is essential in college football. This is all about the offense. DraftKings CFB scoring realizes that!
