2020 NFL Mock Draft: Tua Tagovailoa heads to South Beach

For the second draft in a row, the now-Las Vegas Raiders will hold multiple first round picks. During the 2019 NFL Draft, the Raiders brought in some high-quality talent with their three first round picks, and although they only have two first rounders in 2020, they should still look to one of the better programs in the country for their first selection.
In 2019, Las Vegas selected Josh Jacobs from Alabama with their second of three first rounders, and they could look to pluck another Crimson Tide star next April. This past week, linebacker Dylan Moses suffered a torn ACL, and while the team will have to do their due diligence on him prior to the draft, he should be ready to go by next summer.
Moses is a special talent, and the Raiders could certainly use some young bodies at the linebacker position. This is a team that brought in veterans over the last two offseason to fill the void in the second level of Paul Guenther’s 4-3 scheme, and if Moses is cleared, look for him to be the first linebacker off the board in 2020.
The Carolina Panthers utilized their first round pick in 2019 on Brian Burns, a fantastic edge rusher from Florida State. In 2020, they should look to continue to build up front, using their first rounder on a guy who can come in and fill the void that is going to be left by some big-name players who are slated to hit free agency.
While Javon Kinlaw did not put up monster stats last season, you have to take a look at his tape to realize what a special player he is going to be at the next level. A menacing presence in the middle for the South Carolina Gamecocks, he could come in and be a solid No. 2 behind Kawaan Short early in his NFL career.
Standing at 6-foot-6, there is no reason why Kinlaw could not also come out and play some defensive end in the Panthers 3-4 scheme, as they look to get him on the field alongside Short. This is a Panthers defense that is going to need reinforcements along the defensive line in 2020, and Kinlaw is arguably the best defensive tackle this draft class has to offer.
