WWE SmackDown Live preview, September 3: Watch online
Here’s all the information you need for the September 3, 2019 edition of WWE SmackDown Live.
Another summer has come and gone, and now it’s time to turn our attention to WWE Clash of Champions. Or at least in this case, this week’s edition of SmackDown Live. And that means quarterfinal action in the King of the Ring tournament.
The man known as Elias has been making life miserable for a lot of people this year, and winning the King of the Ring tournament could spell disaster for practically anyone associated with the blue brand. He’ll face off against Ali this week, in quarterfinal action. Ali is getting back on track after missing out on a shot at the WWE Championship over the last year, and would love to shut the mouth of Elias and advance.
While not exactly the most loved person on the roster, Andrade has still been practically spectacular week after week. But standing in the way of him advancing in the tournament is Chad Gable, who knocked off his former partner Shelton Benjamin a week ago. Can Andrade continue his success, or will Gable slam the door on those dreams?
A week ago, Roman Reigns revealed video footage that finally showed Erick Rowan as the man behind the recent attacks on The Big Dog. In a heated response, Daniel Bryan lost his mind and went off on Rowan. It appears more like Bryan trying to cover his tracks, and Reigns isn’t buying it. Bryan has since demanded that Reigns apologize to him, under the reasoning that he wasn’t the one directly behind the attacks. Don’t expect Reigns to fold up, but it’ll be interesting to see how things play out this week.

We’re a month away from SmackDown Live moving over to FOX. The King of the Ring tournament is helping keep things interesting, and now there’s rumors of a possible brand draft taking place sometime this month. While it’s not confirmed, it’s definitely a reason to tune in over the next few weeks.
