One thing about him that is undisputed is his ability to create catchphrases. Jericho is undeniably the G.O.A.T of memes.

From statements like “Would you please shut the hell up,” to “Stupid Idiot,” and “You just made the list,” Jericho has been dropping gems for years. After becoming the first AEW World Champion at All Out, Y2J dropped another masterpiece in effortless fashion.

“A little bit of the bubbly” has sent the internet into a frenzy. Memes, gifs and video mashups have been created by fans to commemorate these infamous words. It didn’t take long for Jericho to read the pulse on social media and join in on the fun. He began reposting some of his favorite fan creations from Lou Bega’s “Mambo No.5” to Limp Bizkit’s “Nookie.”

Jericho winning the AEW World Championship and going on a post-victory rant may arguably be their most successful move this summer, inadvertently creating great product placement with the champagne. AEW was wise to capitalize on the social media wave and create Jericho “Bubbly” t-shirts.

Now the popular catchphrase has extended outside of the wrestling world and into professional sports. The Oakland A’s Twitter account jumped on the bandwagon after second baseman Jurickson Profar hit a home run.

Indeed, Jericho can do no wrong and the videos continue to pile in. Le Champion lost his new title at a Longhorn Steakhouse, and became the best thing on the internet all in the same week. Jericho broke the news on Twitter that he retrieved the AEW title Thursday night. Of course, he celebrated with a glass of the bubbly in hand.

Jericho continues to reinvent himself time and time again. Fans all around the world can’t get enough of the bubbly. It’s the gift of Jericho, let’s all drink it in.
