Oakland Raiders wide receiver, Antonio Brown, says ‘I’m not the bad guy’ in new Instagram post.

It looks like the Antonio Brown saga continues.

On Friday evening the Oakland Raiders wide receiver took to Instagram to voice his side of the story following Friday morning’s emotional apology in the wake of this week’s incidents.

“With all these false narratives antagonizing me, it’s time for me to control my own narrative,” Brown wrote. “Show the world I’m not the bad guy. Show the world you can free yourself from the lies and become your own person. I am not just AB the football player, I am Antonio Brown, the person, who paved a way for himself to be in charge of his own life. Watch for yourself. Link in bio. Free me!”

The video, a black and white collage of Brown in uniform is played while the recording of a phone call between Brown and someone identified as “coach” is transcribed. It sounds an awful lot like Jon Gruden.

“What the hell is going on man?” the voice is heard saying. Brown’s response is not included in the video.

A longer version of the video features his children and was posted to his official YouTube channel.

Reports surfaced earlier this week indicating there was an altercation Brown and GM Mike Mayock, and that Brown was at risk of being suspended or even released from the team. He offered a public apology on Friday which appeared to have smoothed things over as Gruden announced Brown was back at practice and would play in Week 1 against the Denver Broncos.

Next. The Raiders have no idea what they’re doing. dark

“I’m excited to be out here today,” Brown said to the media. “I want to apologize to my teammates, organization. I’m excited to be out here with my teammates. I’m grateful for all my fans and I’m excited to be a part of the Raiders and see you guys soon.”

Clearly, Brown still has more to say.
