DraftKings CFB picks September 13: Points up the Wazzu!

Our Friday DraftKings CFB slate starts a little earlier this week at 6pm eastern. Don’t worry. It’s worth it. That earlier kick is a Tobacco Road battle between Wake and North Carolina. There’s some DraftKings CFB goodness in that game!

More from DraftKings

Kansas and Boston College is the undercard on Chestnut Hill. This is followed by another great OOC matchup with the Leaches traveling to Houston to face arguably the most dangerous Group of Five team.

There is plenty to love about this DraftKings CFB slate. There’s no FCS teams like there were last week. We have stout defenses in Boston College and Washington State. There’s elite offenses with Wazzu, Houston, and Wake. This is going to be fun!

The scores on Saturday were crazy. I hit with my Colorado-Nebraska game stack, but I didn’t have Joe Burrow or Sam Ehlinger in the night slate. That kept me out of cash.

We will try to give a few options at each position. Due to regulations by DraftKings, I cannot provide a sample lineup, but any lineups I use will be formed from players mentioned in this piece. Once you start building a lineup for yourself, you can see how it all fits together.

The scoring for NCAA football is much the same as it is for the NFL with one notable exception: the super flex! That means aside from the flex position which is RB/WR, you can add another player from any position! Want four running backs? Go right ahead! Five wide receivers? Sure! Two quarterbacks? Of course! Just stay under the salary cap!

The super flex replaces the defense, which is essential in college football. This is all about the offense. DraftKings CFB scoring realizes that!
