NFL DFS: Chicago Bears @ Denver Broncos
Chicago Bears
Against the Packers in week 1, many expected a lot more out of the Bears offense than we were awarded.
Mitch TrubiskyĀ looked downright bad and I donāt see a single reason to target him against a respectable secondary. If I want any exposure to the Bearsā passing game, it will be throughĀ Allen Robinson. He looked refreshed after a year removed from his ACL surgery, posting a 7-102-0 line on a team-high 13 targets. If he continues to see this type of involvement, heāll be a PPR gold-mine.
Rookie running backĀ David MontgomeryĀ was both stifled and mis-used in week 1, rushing only 6 times for 18 yards and recording one target which he turned into a 27 yard catch-and-run. The Broncos were able to keep Jacobsā efficiency relatively low last week and until I see more than 7 touches in a game from Montgomery, heās impossible to trust.
The only aspect of this Bears team that I have an interest in is their defense. Theyāre mis-priced at $4,500 on FanDuel and finished over 50 points ahead of the DST2 last season. Joe Flacco and company should present absolutely no threat to this front-7 or secondary.

Denver Broncos
While the Broncos didnāt have the worst showing in the world on Monday Night Football, they donāt have nearly enough upside to target in a matchup with such an elite defense.
This is one of, if not the only team on the slate that if I were to make 150 lineups, I would have absolutely zero exposure to.
