2. Oakland Raiders

The Raiders aren’t in the same place as other teams on this list, in terms of being something of a legit playoff contender this year. But they do have an extra first-round pick next spring, thanks to the Khalil Mack trade. If Ramsey wants to wear the silver and black in Vegas, he could help drive a deal to Oakland right now with a behind the scenes threat he won’t report to another team that may have an agreeable offer on the table for him.

After watching Patrick Mahomes terrorize his secondary last Sunday, Jon Gruden would surely love to swing a deal for Ramsey and have a legit No. 1 corner in place long-term. The Antonio Brown situation is surely still fresh for everyone though, so Gruden and general manager Mike Mayock may be hesitant to pull the trigger on another big trade right away.

Brown brings a unique set of distractions that are all his own though, and painting Ramsey (however disgruntled he is in Jacksonville) with that same brush is unfair to him. The Raiders have an opportunity to add one of the best players in the NFL at his position, and they need to pounce without hesitation.
