Fantasy Football Advice: Vegas Info

There’s no better place to start your research than with some analysis of the Vegas lines of each game. I usually want to first identify which games have the highest totals and which games have the closest spreads. Ideally, we want to target games that have both high totals and tight spreads.

Highest Totals

Baltimore @ Kansas City (55)

The premier matchup of Week 3 as two undefeated teams square off with major fantasy implications.

Los Angelas Rams @ Cleveland (51)

This is the Sunday night game which is only on the main slate for Yahoo and FantasyDraft.

New York @ Tampa Bay (48)

This game is one of four games on the afternoon slate and could feature a lot of scoring as both defenses have given up a lot of points already this season.

Detroit @ Philadelphia (47)

The Eagles will look to bounce back at home after a frustrating to loss to Atlanta on the road but face an improved Detroit team that pulled out an unlikely win over San Diego last week.

Closest Spreads

Tennessee (-1.5) @ Jacksonville

This is the Thursday night game featuring two AFC South rivals. It also happens to have the lowest Vegas total of all week 3 games.

Carolina (-2.5) @ Arizona

Atlanta (+2.5) @ Indianapolis

Houston (+3) @ Los Angelas Chargers

Biggest Favorites

Dallas (-21) vs. Miami

New England (-18) vs. New York Jets

Green Bay (-8) vs. Denver

Minnesota (-8) vs. Oakland

Highest Implied Team Totals

Dallas – 34.3

New England – 32.5

Kansas City – 30.8
