Here’s all the information you need for the September 17, 2019 edition of WWE SmackDown Live.

We’ve all had a chance to digest the wild night that was WWE Clash of Champions. And there is a lot to cover, heading into Tuesday night’s SmackDown Live broadcast.

There were a few shocking issues that came out of Clash of Champions, one being the shocking return of Luke Harper. After Erick Rowan picked up what has to be considered an upset victory over Roman Reigns, Rowan continued the assault after the match. Harper, who hasn’t been seen in several months, joined his former Bludgeon Brothers teammate and left Reigns a battered mess. It appears as though the duo is back together again, and that will likely spell trouble for everyone on the blue brand. Will we see them this week, and how will The Big Dog respond to his loss?

Randy Orton threw everything he had at WWE Champion Kofi Kingston, but it was not enough to dethrone the New Day star. A feud 10 years in the making delivered everything possible, as Kingston retains the championship. He’ll likely be in a celebratory mood, but will need to keep his eyes peeled as Hell in a Cell is now on the horizon and the unknown looms of who will challenge him for the title.

Last night on Monday Night Raw, we saw Baron Corbin beat Chad Gable to officially become the 2019 WWE King of the Ring. The coronation of King Corbin will take place this week on SmackDown. You can expect the utmost obnoxiousness from Corbin, as he delivers his royal acceptance speech.
