NFL Week 3 2019: DirecTV channels
Here are all of the DirecTV channels and the NFL games they will broadcast for Week 3 of the 2019 season.
It’s Week 3 of the 2019 NFL season, which means teams’ true colors are starting to be revealed. It also means that high-impact injuries are also starting to affect various clubs and quarterback has been especially hard-hit this week. New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is out for over a month with a thumb injury, Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton will miss at least one game with foot ailment and Pittsburgh Steelers starter Ben Roethlisberger is out for the year and has to undergo elbow surgery.
But that doesn’t mean this week’s slate of games are set to be less exciting. The early slate for Sunday is highlighted by the 2-0 Baltimore Ravens facing off against the 2-0 Kansas City Chiefs. Both have had explosive offensive production so far this season and the two teams already seem playoff-bound. Bragging rights — and, down the line, postseason seeding — are on the line in Kansas City this week.
Also set for an early start are the New England Patriots, who face the New York Jets and the Dallas Cowboys, who take on the Miami Dolphins. Both the Cowboys and Patriots are heavy favorites; blowout alert is in effect already for both contests.
The late afternoon games feature the three teams dealing with major quarterback injuries, as the Panthers face the Arizona Cardinals, the Saints take on the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers host the Steelers. Can these teams pick up road wins without their starting signal callers?
