Fantasy football picks: Week 3  SNF Browns vs. Rams

Austin Seibert – Wow what an impressive second game for the rookie kicker, after a complete bomb in the opener. He booted two field goals from over 40 yards, a few extra points and a chip shot from 23. That’s good for 13 fantasy points, and at 8.5k what a great return. I have no interest in paying 10k for a kicker, but why not take a shot on the young kicker for the Browns, who they should have plenty of confidence in going forward.

Demetrius Harris – What a blow it is to lose David Njoku if you are Cleveland. Have no fear though because the man you have never heard of is here! Harris is expected to be the new starting tight end, after logging 72% of the snaps for the remainder of the game last week when David went down. He actually had a decent stat line from his Kansas City days, averaging over 10 yards per reception, grabbing six touchdowns. It’s not a flashy play, but at min price, he needs one or two catches to return value.

Rashard Higgins/ Damion Ratley – I’m mentioning both guys here because we do not know if Higgins will suit up for this game. I will assume he does not, and Ratley will be forced into the starting job again. He logged 61% of the snaps last week, and got three targets, catching two of them for 50 yards. That is a solid stat line for a player who was minimum priced. He is now 6.5k which is still plenty cheap enough to have some interest. Of course, if Higgins plays just lock him in at 5k.
