The NFL season is fully underway with Week 3’s games taking center stage, but can you watch NFL RedZone without a subscription?

The NFL RedZone is like having an entire bar’s worth of TV screens available at once, never missing a key moment of every game. Catching highlights from games while always having a pulse on the teams closing in on a key score is the dream.

And it’s also the best way to watch football without spending the money on something like NFL Sunday Ticket, making it possible to see all the important plays you need to see to know who’s hot and who’s not on Sundays.

With the season rolling through its first two weeks, Week 3 is usually when fans can get a good grasp on what to expect from teams this season. Which begs the question: Is there a free option to watch NFL RedZone without a subscription?

Sadly, it looks like all the free trial Week 1 options were exclusively for that week. Sony announced it would give a one-week free trial to all Playstation Vue subscribers, while Sling TV one-upped Sony with a two-week free trial. Most cable providers offered a one-week free trial for Week 1 only.

There is always the option to use free trials from other streaming services like Hulu or YouTube and see if they include the NFL RedZone in a sports package. At the very least, streaming services will have the local and national games available for that Sunday, and possibly another if you time up the free trial right.

But for $35, the NFL RedZone is worth the investment for the fans who want to stay in touch with all the key plays and moments from Week 3 without spending the kind of money the NFL Sunday Ticket package demands.
