The Cleveland Browns are 1-2 after being hyped up all offseason. If they’re going to get right, Baker Mayfield needs to play much better.

Welcome back to NFL quarterback rankings.

Enjoy, and feel free to torch my mentions on Twitter (@mattverderame).

Scott Zolak Division

32. Josh Rosen (LW: NA)

Rosen is completing 43 percent of his throws. To be fair, he has absolutely no chance to succeed on the Dolphins, but here we are.

31. Luke Falk (LW: 31)

Falk is going to keep starting while Sam Darnold recovers from mono, but there’s no reason to think he’s earn a win. The schedule facing New York is brutal, and Falk didn’t exactly inspire confidence in New England.

30. Mason Rudolph (LW: 30)

There was talk nationally about Rudolph being a sleeper. Well, the Steelers’ defense forced five turnovers and the offense only mustered 20 points. Ugly day for Rudolph, who could never consistently make plays.

29. Kyle Allen (LW: NA)

Allen had a great debut for the Panthers, leading Carolina to a 38-20 win in the desert. Allen threw four touchdowns and 261 yards, hitting on more than 73 percent of his attempts. Nice job.
