NFL DFS Week 4: Cash game breakdown
NFL DFS Week 4: Fantasy football cash game breakdown
Christian McCaffrey – FanDuel $9000 DraftKings $8800
Not that Dairy Sanders is bad by any means nor is this a particularly rough matchup (albeit not a good one either) but CMac is a fantasy football DFS cash game play this week almost by default. There’s places to get good value that will be high owned and chalky in some spots and without Zeke on the main slate and Saquon being injured, McCaffrey is the primary pay up option. He’s been playing a TON of snaps and honestly I’m really liking the offense with their “backup” playing quarterback now. It’s sad to say but I’m wondering if we’ve possibly seen the last of Cam as a good player for the Panthers.
Austin Eckler – FanDuel $8100 DraftKings $8000
Well we just got word that Mike Williams will be out and Justin Jackson the backup running back will also be sitting out this week. On top of that, they get the JV Miami Dolphins with an enormous point spread. Melvin Gordon finally came to his senses and reported to camp but I can’t imagine they’ll play him this week will they? The Jackson news has me concerned for that. It’s tough to say really what’s going to happen so do pay close attention to that. With the Chargers having an implied team total of 30.5 points and a massive 16.5 point spread so they should romp and need to run the clock out here. The main question is where will the fantasy football points come from.
Wayne Gallman Jr. – FanDuel $5800 DraftKings $4600
Imagine having the gall to play this man. That was for Brian who loves name puns. But seriously I love the move in season long fantasy league of picking him up but I don’t know about starting him on my daily fantasy roster this week. I think he’s going to be pretty highly owned in your DFS fantasy football games because of the situation and the Giants missing Saquon and playing the Redskins. I just don’t know if I like it. I don’t know how he’ll factor into the passing game with Danny Dimes running the ball and throwing it downfield. I don’t know what kind of runner he really is as he didn’t show much last week coming in for Saquon either.
