TALOR GOOCH

Talor had moments of brilliance during the 2019 PGA Tour Season including a stretch in late January which had him earn a T4 at the Desert Classic (A Similar terrain as this week’s event) and a T3 at the Farmers at Torrey Pines. His 2019 began at the Greenbrier where he ultimately missed the cut, but showed great numbers in +1.2T2G, +0.7APP, and just last week had a spike of +1.4 Strokes Gained APP at the Safeway where he squeezed in at T56.

Coming from one of the best golf programs in the nation in Oklahoma State, the 2014 Alumni has shown considerable comfort on Bentgrass Surfaces gaining +.23 average strokes as opposed to his negative differential on Bermuda and Poa. With an average driving distance of 320 yards coupled with 72.2% of GIR on the young season, at such a low price you might as well fire him up in a few GPPs. ($7,600 FD – 6400 DK)

ANDREW LANDRY

The former 3 time All-American is coming in with amazing numbers over his last 5 events. Although he missed the cuts at Sanderson and The Greenbrier, what ultimately let him down the most was his putter and short game where he lost a combined -0.9 strokes around the greens.

Nevertheless, he was able to fight for a T23 in California last week where he gained a whopping +4.6 Strokes Gained Tee to green, and +2.7 Strokes Gained Approach, while keeping his putter at an improving pace only losing -0.1 on the greens. This is a trend in the right direction ranking 33rd in Approach among his peers, coupled with 290.5 yards off the tee average, and 69% of GIR’s. Look for Andrew to heat up this week.
