35. . Quarterback. Tennessee Titans. Jalen Hurts. 15. player

The Tennessee Titans put together a solid win against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, as quarterback Marcus Mariota looked very good under center. Mariota minimized the mistakes, playing clean football, and finally looking like a No. 2 overall pick with his play against the Falcons defense.

However, Mariota has just been too inconsistent, and with the organization having to make a decision on his future with the team after this season, they may choose to go in another direction. One player they could look at is Jalen Hurts, who has been an absolute beast since transfering to Oklahoma, and could be in line for the Heisman Trophy.

During the 2019 college football season, Hurts has been incredible proving he can get the job done with his feet, and with his arm, showing great pocket presence for the Sooners. He is developing into a first round quarterback, and could be the perfect fit for a Titans team that could be in the market for a new franchise quarterback next April.

Javon Kinlaw. 16. player. 87. . Defensive Lineman. Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers are another team that were left for dead a few weeks back, but who have gotten a strong effort from a backup quarterback in recent weeks. Undrafted signal-caller Kyle Allen has stepped in for the injured Cam Newton, and has proven to be a legitimate NFL quarterback.

While it is very well possible that the Panthers may decide to select a quarterback in the 2020 NFL draft, in our latest mock, we have them selecting defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw from South Carolina. This is a Panthers team that has solid talent up and down the roster, but they need to be better upfront on both sides of the ball.

Kinlaw is a guy who can play all across the defensive line, and would be a nice compliment to a guy like Kawaan Short for the Panthers in the long-term. If the Panthers continue to get good play out of Allen, they may eventually make a permanent switch from from Newton, who has been down the past few years due to injury.
