College football betting results against the spread week 5 2019

College football betting early results September 28:
Texas Tech at Oklahoma(-27.5): HIT! Jalen Hurts put up massive numbers. CeeDee Lamb had nearly 200 yards receiving. This Oklahoma offense sure knows how to put on a show and the defense has been solid so far. Of course, the quality of opponents is nothing to write home about.
Northwestern at Wisconsin(-24.5): MISS! The Northwestern defense deserves credit for holding Wisconsin to 24 points, but the offense didn’t start clicking until it was too late. Yes, the Wildcats held Taylor to less yards than Michigan did.
Middle Tennessee State at Iowa(-23.5): HIT! Ugh…..why was I worried about this one? The Iowa offense put up huge numbers and they weren’t even really in sync.
Rutgers at Michigan(-27.5): MISS! I forgot how bad Rutgers really is. Michigan came out mad and took it out on a hapless Rutgers team.
Texas A&M(-23.5) vs. Arkansas at Jerry World: MISS! I knew better. The Arkansas offense actually looked better with Ben Hicks on the field after Starkel went down trying to tackle someone after a turnover. Arkansas may have lost this game, but they showed a lot of heart in this one. That was missing against San Jose State and Colorado State.
Northern Illinois at Vanderbilt(-6.5): MISS! I hate losing by halves anyway, but this was worse since NIU converted a two point conversion early in the fourth quarter to pull within six. Jerks. Of course, if Vanderbilt’s defense had shown up in the second half, it wouldn’t have mattered.
Kansas at TCU(-15.5): MISS! Way to show up, Kansas. This was 38-0 at halftime.
BYU(-2.5) at Toledo: HIT! It wasn’t even Bryant Koback that did a bulk of the damage. It was Shakif Seymour.
Buffalo(-2.5) at Miami(OH): MISS! I was well on the way to a cover until Buffalo kept turning the ball over. In all fairness, their offensive line was terrible. Miami got a dozen hard shots on Matt Myers.
Central Michigan at Western Michigan(-17.5): HIT! This shouldn’t have been a win. The Chippewas didn’t even score until the fourth quarter.
