After losing their first games of the Champions League group stage, Lille and Chelsea return looking to get their first win. On Wednesday, Lille host Chelsea at Stade Pierre-Mauroy. Lille opened the tournament with a 3-0 loss against Ajax. Chelsea had a very disappointing start to the campaign, losing 1-0 to Valencia at Stamford Bridge.

While the results have not been overwhelmingly successful for Lampard, he has had several players succeed under his leadership. Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount both spent last season in the Championship on loan from Chelsea. Since Lampard was hired, both players have been given starting opportunities. Both players have made the most of their opportunities. Abraham has scored seven goals, while Mount has scored three goals. The duo will play a key role in Chelsea’s attack against Lille as the Blues look for their first Champions League win of the season.
