Liverpool face Leicester City at Anfield on Saturday, Oct. 5. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Liverpool were at their brilliant best in the opening 45 minutes against Salzburg on Wednesday and their fans will be hoping for more of the same here.

The media attention in the run-up to this game has focused on Brendan Rodgers, who of course was Juergen Klopp’s predecessor at Liverpool and is now in charge at Leicester. His new side are enjoying a fine season, currently sitting third in the table, albeit a sizeable seven points behind today’s opponents.

That success has been based on a miserly defense — although Leicester have only scored 13 times, they’ve conceded just five goals. That’s the joint-lowest in the Premier League coming into this match-week, level with Liverpool.

Their league position is even more impressive when you consider that they’ve already played three of the traditional big six, beating Spurs, drawing with Chelsea and losing to Manchester United.
