NFL FanDuel: Week 6 top plays (Early only!)
Got your Week 6 NFL FanDuel lineups all set and looking for a good reason to avoid tinkering with them? Make some more lineups on some smaller slates! This article will focus on the top plays for the early only slate on FanDuel.
Welcome once again to FanSided Fantasy for your NFL FanDuel research. This article covers the early only slate on FanDuel, and with the early London game, and more late games than normal, we have just six games total. I will highlight my favorite plays at each position, focusing on a mix of GPP and cash game targets, with the main focus on cash games.
After breaking down each position, a sample cash game lineup focusing on the safest, and sometimes the highest owned plays on the slate will follow on the last slide.
For the newbies, NFL FanDuel cash games are simply the games in the lobby that are 50/50 or close to that to win. These are basically all of the games other than the tournaments, and guaranteed prize pool tournaments (GPP’s). Head-to-Head’s (H2H), 50/50, and double-ups would best summarize cash games. In these contests, we generally want to target volume from the skill positions and the safest combination of high-floor players we can possibly roster.
Last week was a bit more fun than normal. It wasn’t perfect and it was obviously Julio’s fault, but still being able to finish in the top 10% of cash games and hit 3x in GPP’s with the sample lineup will work. Obviously Will Fuller was the difference, and while I only snuck him down in the others to consider, the GPP play I decided to give you in Adam Thielen didn’t turn out too bad either, as he went for 8-130-2. Let’s see if we can find this week’s Deshaun Watson/Fuller cash combo, and a GPP stack similar to what we got from Kirk Cousins and Thielen last week.
